Rizal Hafiz is an affiliate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). He is also a Licensed Secretary as prescribed under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965.
He received his primary education in the Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK), Malaysia. He did his A-Levels in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics at Cherwell Tutorial College, Oxford, United Kingdom. He successfully completed his first degree with Honours at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in Accounting and Financial Management. He also holds the Degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
He has an extensive experience of working in audit area in England and Wales for a certain period of time. Recently, he focuses on the corporate secretarial matters and the legal requirements that are related to the area.
Mohd Zaidi bin Ahmad B.Acct (Hons), CA(M)

Zaidi graduated from Unicersiti Utara Malaysia with a B.Acct (Hons) degree.He subsequently obtained Chartered Accountant and is a member of the MIA. He has had extensive experience in taxation with leading tax practices of international accounting firms, Deloitte KassimChan Tax Services Sdn Bhd and Anuarul Azizan Chew Corporate Services Sdn Bhd. His experience covers both tax compliance and consulting work across a wide spectrum of industries for both multinational as well as Malaysian companies. Her work experience includes tax planning for in-bound and out-bound expatriates, group reorganisations, mergers, privatisation and corporatisation exercises, transfer pricing and real estate. He is also responsible for tax audit and tax investigation consultation.
